FreeGoTV provides IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) streaming services, including:

3 Account Registration & Security

To use FreeGoTV, you must:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. FreeGoTV is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

• 3 Months Plan: $34 (save $20)
• 6 Months Plan: $43 (save $65)
• 12 Months Plan: $70 (save $146)

Payment is processed via WhatsApp communication with our team. We are working on adding additional payment methods including credit/debit cards and cryptocurrency.

All prices are listed in USD ($) and are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated before your next billing cycle.

5 Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

6 Acceptable Use Policy

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

The FreeGoTV brand, logo, website design, and all original content are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

All third-party content (TV channels, movies, series) accessible through the Service remains the property of their respective copyright holders. FreeGoTV does not claim ownership of any third-party content.

8 Service Availability & Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime. However, the Service may occasionally be interrupted for:

• Scheduled maintenance and upgrades
• Unforeseen technical issues or server failures
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.)
• Third-party service provider disruptions

FreeGoTV is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible and communicate any scheduled downtime in advance.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeGoTV, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

The Service provides access to content from third-party sources. FreeGoTV does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, channels, or streams. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any third-party content.

Users are responsible for ensuring they comply with their local laws regarding the viewing of streamed content. FreeGoTV recommends using a VPN for privacy and security.

11 VPN Usage & Privacy

FreeGoTV is VPN-friendly and encourages users to protect their privacy. Using a VPN with our Service is not a violation of these Terms. However, we are not responsible for any issues arising from VPN usage, including connectivity problems or speed reductions.

12 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if:
